Process Description
JXSC has provided a complete set of equipment for the Indonesian 400TPH Granite Crushing Plant Project. It is configured with a hopper, vibrating feeder DN6013, primary jaw crusher PE-1000*1200, 2 sets cone crushers DN1626, 2 sets vibrating screens 3YD2470, and 12 pcs belt conveyors.
Client’s stone situation :
1. The max input size is 850mm.
2. The required output sizes are 0-7mm, 7-12mm, and 12-25mm.
3. Processing capacity required is 400tph.
According to the stone condition, JXSC designed the most efficient flowchart for this project.
1. Raw Material Feeding & Primary Screening
- First, the excavator deposits granite stones into the hopper, which then uniformly supplies them to the production line via the vibrating feeder (DN 6013).
- The 130mm grizzly bars on the vibrating feeder separate materials: 130–850mm stones proceed to the PE-1000×1200 jaw crusher for primary crushing, while <130mm fines drop onto Belt Conveyor #1, transferring to Belt Conveyor #2 for direct feeding into the coarse cone crusher (DN 1626).
2. Secondary Crushing & Intermediate Transport
- Stones crushed by the jaw crusher enter the first cone crusher (coarse). Meanwhile, oversized stones (>25mm) recycled from the vibrating screens are directed to the second cone crusher (fine) for re-crushing.
- All crushed materials from both cone crushers are collected by Belt Conveyor #3, elevated via Belt Conveyor #4, and delivered to the aerial hopper, ready for screening.
3. Grading & Final Product Delivery
- The aerial hopper feeds two 3YD2470 vibrating screens with 7mm, 12mm, and 25mm meshes, producing three final products: 0–7mm, 7–12mm, and 12–25mm.
- Stones >25mm are returned to the fine cone crusher in a closed-loop system to maximize efficiency.
- Each product size is handled by dedicated conveyor pairs: one beneath the screens for direct collection and another for outward transport, totaling 6 product conveyors for seamless output.
