Question 1: We have both alluvial gold and alluvial diamond ore in many different sites. Can your company produce the machine to process them?
Answer: Sure, our company has been set up since 1985. We have much experience in producing mining equipment. Especially in gold mining and diamond equipment.
Question 2: What gold/diamond recovery rate can be achieved?
Answer: The gravity recovery rate can reach 85–90%, depending on the ore condition.
Question 3: Does my gold/diamond ore come with sticky clay? Can you machine wash it clean?
Answer: Sure, our trommel scrubber has install cast iron spiral. It can strongly wash it clean.
Question 4: We have both fine gold particles and larger gold nuggets. Do you have a plant that can recover both sizes of gold nugget?
Answer: Sure. For fine gold (0-2mm), we can separated by the centrifugal concentrator. And for the coarse gold nugget, we can use a gold sluice box to capture the large gold nugget.
Question 5: We want to make a mobile and portable type of gold/diamond wash plant. Is it possible?
Answer: Yes, our factory can make 5-100tph gold/diamond wash plant as a mobile type. If the customer needs, we can make it. Over 100tph plant, it can only be made Skid-mounted or a stationary one.
Question 6: There is no power in my mine site. Can you provide a diesel generator? We want to buy all the machines from our factory.
Answer: Yes, no problem. We can supply a Weichai diesel generator at a good price. The Weichai brand diesel generator is the top brand. It provides local service.
Question 7: Do you have any good suggestions regarding after-sales service and repairs?
Answer: Our company provides a 12-month warranty (excluding wear and tear parts). We also offer online after-sales service. Additionally, I recommend purchasing a 6-month supply of spare parts for future needs.
Question 8: Can you provide the equipment drawings?
Answer: Once we receive your deposit payment, our engineer will design the detailed plant layout drawing, foundation drawing for you, and also each main machine’s drawing & machine operation manual. All the technical support will be provided to assist with the installation.
