Process Description
JXSC has provided a complete set of processing plant machines for a Chad customer: a 25tph antimony ore beneficiation plant. The client has their own engineering team to set up this plant, so there is no need for our engineer’s site service. While we offer the detailed layout design with base construction drawings, accordingly.

The customer seeks a cost-effective gravity beneficiation solution to maximize antimony recovery from variable-grade ore (25–30% Sb), while prioritizing water conservation through tailored tailings dewatering design.
Our Process Design & Solution
The process is as follows
The 25tph antimony ore beneficiation plant is configured with 22 sets of spiral separators, 5 sets of hydrocyclones, a dewatering screen, some slurry and water pumps, 3 sets of feeding distributors, an electric control cabinet, some belt conveyors, etc.
Pre-Treatment
Hydrocyclone Desliming: Removes fine mud (<2mm slurry) before spiral separation.
3-Stage Spiral Chute Gravity Separation
- Rougher (1st Stage): Initial concentrate recovery; tails sent to scavenger.
- Scavenger (2nd Stage): Processes tails from 1st/3rd stages; final tails discarded.
Cleaner (3rd Stage): Upgrades rougher/scavenger concentrates to +50% Sb.
Concentrate Handling
Hydrocyclone dewatering → Filtered → Dry concentrate pile storage.
Tailings Management
Dewatering screen → Belt conveyor → Dry tailings pile.
