Challenge: Most of the stones are around 200mm, and gold can be released only after crushing 2mm.
Process Description
1. Feeding
The gold proceesing plant is equipped with a hopper, and there is a chute feeder below the hopper to evenly feed the material to the jaw crusher.
2. Crushing
The Jaw crusher crushes the stone to about 60mm. The crushed material is transported to the hammer crusher through the belt conveyor, and the hammer crusher crushes the material to less than 2mm.
3. Gravity separation
After crushing, the materials enter the Gold Centrifugal Concentrator for enrichment, and the Gold Centrifugal Concentrato tailings enter the sluice box for recycling.
The concentrate from the Gold Centrifugal Concentrator and sluice box is sent to the shaking table for sorting.
