Description

Gemini Shaking Table is suitable for recycling concentrates, and it also has a very good recycling effect on low-grade concentrates. The recycled finished products can be directly smelted. The unique groove design improves the collection of gold particles.
The feeding particle size of Gemini shaking table is less than 1.2mm. For iron-containing materials, a magnetic separator must be used to remove iron before feeding.
The working capacities of the three models GT60, Gt250 and Gt1000 are 30kg/hr, 115kg/hr and 450kg/hr respectively.

Principle

The drive of the Gemini shaking table is mainly a reduction motor, connected to the crank connected, and the crank connected promotes the movement of the table deck. The crank includes a spring connection system to absorb overrun. The table deck’s range of motion is adjustable.
