Principle
The spiral sand washing machine is generally installed at an angle. When it is working, the spiral starts to rotate under the action of the motor. The sand and gravel materials are mainly stirred through the spiral device in the equipment to separate unnecessary particles effectively. This creates a continuous upward flow of water within the machine, injecting clean water to rinse any remaining impurities. When the separated coarse particles are discharged from one end of the machine, the fine sand is carried by the rotating blades and finally deposited at the other end.
