Description
Wheel sand washing machine is an effective equipment for washing, classifying, and removing impurities of water-containing fine-grained materials such as machine-made sand, artificial sand, river sand, sea sand, or broken glass. It can wash away trace amounts of stone powder and impurities in the mixed sand produced by the sand making machine, improving the quality of the sand. JXSC supports customized multi-wheel bucket sand washing machines, which can also be equipped with dewatering screens, hydrocyclones, slurry pumps, etc. to form an integrated washing and dehydrating machine.

Principle
Materials enter the washing tank through the feeding trough. A motor and a reducer drive the wheel sand washing machine, and the materials tumble and grind each other under the drive of the impeller. Remove impurities covering the material’s surface and destroy the water vapor layer coating the sand to facilitate dehydration. Add water simultaneously to form a strong water flow; impurities and foreign matter with small specific gravity are taken away in time and discharged from the overflow washing tank. The blades take the clean material and are poured into the discharge trough from the rotating impeller to finish the washing function.
