Process Description
The customer who is in Ethiopia, gold mine without sticky clay and mixing rock stone,the gold also in the stone.need grinding to 0-2mm can recovery the gold.the customer wants get gold as much as possible , We have made the following process for him according to the needs of customers
Flowchart detials for customer
1. Trommel screen with screen bar washing the material without stickly clay and separator the of stones,0-3mm to gold centrifugal, 3-20 mm to sluice box ,over 20mm to jaw crusher.
2. Gold centrifugal tailings to a sluice box to improve the recovery rate.
3. Belt conveyor transfer the materials to jaw crusher to grinding the stone 150mm to 40mm size.
4. Belt conveyor transfer the materials from jaw crusher to hammer crusher to grinding the stone 40mm to 2mm size.
5. Materials from hammer crusher to shaking table to recovery gold.
6.Shaking table gold concentrate to melting machine to get gold bar.
