Description
Double-roller crusher is also called double-roller sand making machine and double-roller crusher. The whole machine has a compact and reasonable structure and can be used for both crushing and sand making. One machine for multiple purposes. It is mainly used for fine crushing operations with ore particle size less than 80mm. It has the advantages of small size, large crushing ratio, low noise, simple structure and convenient maintenance. The particle size of the crushed material is uniform, the over-crushing rate is low, and the particle size of the finished product is 0.5-40mm.

Principle
The crushing part of the double-roller crusher has a fixed roller and a moving roller. The broken stones fall into the V-shaped crushing cavity between the two crushing rollers. The two rollers rotate in opposite directions to squeeze and shear the stones.
