Description

Principle
During operation, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate, and the main shaft rotates and swings accordingly. On the side of the main shaft close to the crushing wall, the material is squeezed and crushed, and on the side away from the main shaft, the material falls. During the process, the materials are continuously impacted and squeezed, and the materials that are broken to a certain extent are finally discharged from the bottom discharge port.
The spring safety system of this series of Simmons cone crushers is an overload protection device that allows metal foreign matter to pass through the crushing cavity without harming the machine. It adopts a dry oil seal form to isolate the stone powder from the lubricating oil to ensure reliable operation.
